Being a photographer can be tricky, you're selling services/images, but people won't buy them if they don't like what they see. You're caught trying to please the client while also staying true to your unique style. I often fell into the trap of shooting the way I thought someone else expected me to. I ended up with a semi-ok final image that didn't please, well, anybody. So this activity is about finding YOU, your style, your happy place and things.
Because once you know where you want to end up, the road to get there is a lot easier to follow.
Disclaimer: this is a combination of different exercises I've compiled from different online workshops and classes I've taken over the last several years. I do not take credit for the idea, but merely the implementation of how this process is put into practice.
“In a crowded marketplace, fitting in is a failure. In a busy marketplace, not standing out is the same as being invisible.” -Seth Godin
If you don't know where you're going any road will get you there...
